The Teas' Tea Golden Oolong is the best bottled tea I have tasted to date. I first ordered a case of the Oi Ocha from Amazon, but found it to have a little bit of a bitter taste that was hard to get used to. The golden oolong is much smoother, and really delicious. Definitely recommend trying, you will not be disappointed!
I like the aromatic effect of drinking this particular flavor. I have tried all the others and this is one of my favorites.
This green tea is tasty and caffeine free. The Jasmine flavor provides a naturally sweet taste with no artificial ingredients. THis tea contains catechins which are natural tea antioxidants. Ito En has a hit with this line to tea.
This is a wonderful tea, very simple and refreshing. This is my favorite hot weather drink. But- a warning to all those ice tea drinkers out there: this tea isn't sweetened. At all. There's no lemon, mango, or sugar added. It's just tea. It happens to be really, really good tea. It's flavorful but not strong, smooth and not bitter. It is a very popular tea drink in Japan, available on every street corner, and it's very refreshing on humid days there. Please try it with an open mind and enjoy!
I happened to try a sample of this a few months ago that was being handed out at Target, and I was immediately hooked. The flavor is subtle. It's not sweet, it's not bitter, it's just right. And refreshing. Actually, this has become my favorite iced tea. One bottle usually lasts me a few weeks, because I sip small amounts at a time. Gulping it down would be a waste. It's that good.
This tea is the best! it is kind of pricey but really is the tastiest unsweetened tea you can find and i feel great after drinking it. I used to go to Chinatown to find it, they sell it in larger bottles and they are about $3 for the big bottle. But nowadays i'm so busy, it's too much of a headache to take the trip & transport it back. I'm glad amazon sells ITO EN teas so i have the option of just have them delivered to my door if i'm too busy or feeling lazy. Although i just found out through wegman's online site that they stock this size & the larger size ITO EN teas at some of their stores. I think i will head over there today as the 16.9 oz. size teas are all listed at $1.50 to $1.75 which is cheaper than amazon. Plus i would like to buy one each of other flavors i have not tried yet.
If you like mint, and you like tea, this stuff is awesome. I love mint.
Just wanted to correct the earlier comment, as Green Jasmine Teas' Tea actually does have caffeine - 45 mg per 16.9-oz bottle.
I love this product - fresh tasting with a delicious aroma. We need more unsweetened, tasty teas out there, but despite what innovation is to come, I expect this one will remain the pinnacle of its category. Yum.
It's true that you can make a good green tea at home, but this tea is top notch. I have been looking for this tea. I used to drink it when I lived in Japan. They have very good tea over there. I can't wait to order some!
I usually drink the pure green tea from this same company, but I get the green and white once in a while because white tea is so healthy. Tastes like what you would expect from good unsweetened tea. Although it does not taste bitter to me, I do put one packet of Splenda in the bottle. Keeps me awake throughout the afternoon without the jitters that a second cup of coffee would give me.
This tea is the greatest. Drink it ice cold and with no sweetener--most refreshing!
I lived in Japan for two years and drank this tea all the time. This tea is crisp and has a slight earthy taste. It is my very favorite cold beverage tea. When I moved back to the U.S. it was hard to find this tea. I now see it sold in most Asian markets however the labeling is different. I guess the manufacturer wanted to appeal to the Western market. I try to get as much as possible but I live 20 miles away and it is more convenient to purchase it on Amazon and have it delivered. The cost benefits is pretty much the same. I recommend that you give this tea a try.
Roses have been used to fragrance tea in Asia (and perhaps elsewhere) since... roses were created? Those who enjoy this taste can drink this Japanese imported tea at home.
I drink Sencha Shots, Oi Ocha, Green White, Green Jasmine, and Green Rose. Straight Ito En Green Tea is usually too harsh for me, but even on occasion, I will buy a 2 liter bottle at Target, which is where I also pick up my Ito En Green Jasmine 2 liter bottles. Unfortunately, they stopped carrying the two liter bottles of Green White over a year ago, in my area.
Each satisfies my body in different ways at different times. I may buy one case of rose tea for every 4 cases of unflavored green tea. But, after a few days since drinking my last bottle, I am using my Rewards certificate to treat myself to another case. Yum. It truly is delicious, and perhaps any floral tea is an acquired taste.

this tea is amazing. the jasmine scent/flavor is subtle and wonderful. when i drink it, all of my stress melts away. it is hard to be stressed out after drinking this tea. it is not bitter just cool and clear. highly recommended. i just wish it wasn't so expensive, and that amazon carried the 2 liter bottles (available at target stores).
